My Books

Fall in Love with Writing

This book was inspired by conversations I’ve had about writing and blog posts about why people write. They always make me excited and motivate me to write. They make me fall in love with writing even more.

I posted an article on my old blog with the title ‘Why do you write?

95 comments later and Fall in Love with Writing went from a random idea to a book. My idea was to create a book that combined the words of everyday people from around the world who love writing.

It includes sections on journaling, poetry, travel writing, letter writing, and gratitude lists. It also includes discussions about writing spaces, writing tools, and writing advice.

Over 200 people from 30 countries, ranging in age from 13 to 83, are included in this book.

Ultimately, I hope this book inspires people to write and/or keep writing.

To and From: Mother

This is a book tribute to motherhood. For all the mums around the world. To give you a voice and help people see things from your eyes. To encourage you that you’re not alone in your struggles and insecurities. And to share in your joys and honour your mother’s heart.

I picture this book being a moment of rest and reflection for mothers. A moment to be supported and comforted.

I hope when people read this book, they will step away from self-judgement and the criticisms of others, and just be themselves.

The lessons of motherhood apply to the journey of life. Let yourself laugh, cry, smile, and learn from the journey as you read the courageous words of mothers, daughters, and sons from around the world.

This book taught me so much about life, identity, and acceptance. May we all have a stronger sense of self and a deeper connection with each other as we step into the world of motherhood for a moment.

Please Tell Someone

This book is dedicated to all survivors of sexual and indecent assault.

In this book you will find courageous people sharing their accounts of sexual and indecent assault, encouraging messages for survivors, and some information about what options survivors have. These come in the form of stories, interviews, poems, blog posts, letters, and artwork.

There are 39 people from 14 countries, ranging in age from 18 to 62, included in this book.

  • Though everyone’s story and journey is different, each person shared their voice because they have a heart to help survivors. They know the importance of survivors telling their stories and they have found the courage to share theirs.
